They say that walnuts are actually good for the brain. Omega 3 which is found in fish oils and walnuts can help with depression and other brain problems. I read that it is best to eat walnuts that have been soaked in water for a day and peeled. The amounts usually vary and everyone is different but I would suggest experimenting, but don't put yourself at risk, do research first!
