Depression my foot

Many doctors would have you believe that depression is a mental disorder which needs to be treated with drugs, this is not always true. Oftine times depression is a symptom of a much bigger problem that needs to be treated or it could also be a simple dietary problem, befoure you take anti depressants (Anti depressants can cause birth defects in unborn children which includes heart and lung defects, they can also increase suicidal thoughts and tendencies in children and teens) make sure you are not suffering from malnutrition or any other problems. Some foods I know to help depression are Walnuts (make sure you soak them in water and peel all the skin off befoure you eat them, this insures maximum absorbtion) and Salmon which contains Omega 3 which is a real depression fighter. Depression can also be inviromental, so I suggest rewarding yourself for a hard days work everyday, in addition to other things which make you feel relaxed and happy.
